Even worse is FedEx customer service has no idea where a package is either when it is in transit since all they know is what the tracking info tells them which seems pretty useless since anyone can tell that from looking at their own tracking number.
In order to come up with an excuses for which you will not receive your package on the stipulated date, they will usps will update your tracking information with in transit arriving late.
I don't know what they do, but every single time something gets about 20 miles from me, sits there for a few days, and then gets routed out to some random place hundreds of miles away, only to end up right back where it was before.
It simply has not yet been delayed.
This is because the actual delivery date was not affected by the delay, it was just a scanning error.
