Yeah I can get it upto 3400mhz but it isnt stable enough.

If you need to return an item, simply bring it back to any Micro Center store for a full refund or exchange.
When connecting a fan cable, be sure to connect it in the correct orientation the black connector wire is the ground wire.
They could have included some nicer looking ones.
Do not rock it side to side to prevent an electrical short inside the cable connector.
